The gentleman you sent today to undertake the strip out whose name I understand to be Vlad needs congratulating for the mountain of work he undertook in a professional manner keeping us informed at all stages of the operation and cleaning up all the mess at the end of the day – he is a credit to your organisation and I would ask that you pass on our sincere thanks to him for all his hard work. 

 

During the completion call with the policy holder she said all Almerico staff were polite, helpful and efficient. She particularly mentioned Margaret who has handled her claim and advised it was nice to have one point of contact, she felt in safe hands and couldn't have coped without her. She wanted it noting that Margaret is a real asset to Almerico. 

 

My dad was very pleased with all the work done. The young man (dads words) that took the ceiling down was very hard working and very pleasant. The decorator did a very neat job dad even showed his neighbour, he even had his own vacuum and cleaned up. He left everything easy for my dad to replace blinds etc. Unfortunately I dont have names. Thank you again.

The electrician called yesterday and reinstalled the lighting. All works are now concluded. I just wanted to thank you and all the team for the efficient and professional job done here over the last few weeks. All of your tradesmen have not only done a good job to high standards, they’ve also done it with a great deal of sensitivity and respect. Any kind of insurance claim scenario is at the very least unsettling (especially when it affects the kitchen!) and all those who worked on our restoration were able to approach their task with this in mind. In some cases they went beyond what was asked of them. Please pass on our thanks. 

 

I just wanted to take the opportunity to express my thanks to Thomas for his excellent workmanship on Friday when he came to fit the replacement kitchen cupboard etc. He was polite and considerate throughout. He prepared the kitchen with dust covers and worked diligently throughout his visit. The work was completely to a high standard, although it did take much longer that I had anticipated. Not only was his work of a high quality he also cleaned up so well afterwards and left everything in order. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him for his time and efforts.
